Pearl Mintzer received her Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Fine Arts from Brooklyn College in New York. She is the owner of the design company L&M Marketing producing products and packaging for the cosmetics industry. While she has managed this company for over two decades, her primary interests remain in fine art, photography, and painting. A designer, photographer, digital artist, graphic artist and painter, Mintzer infuses vibrant color into her style of photo realism. She draws inspiration from photographs she has taken, morphed and colorized on the computer. Many of her paintings have been purchased nationally and internationally for corporate collections and private residences. Mintzer resides in both New York City and New Hope, PA.

Connection to Bucks County
Pearl Mintzer is a resident of New Hope, PA. She attributes much of her inspiration to the supportive groups of artists of Bucks County and the surrounding New Jersey area. She is a supporter of several non-profit organizations in Bucks County and has designed and produced bracelets for fundraising events for the New Hope Historical Society and the Bucks County Designer House.
