Patrick L. Walsh

Patrick L. Walsh moved to Bucks County in 1960. After returning from Vietnam, where he served as a sailor, Walsh took classes at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia and Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania.

Walsh's view as an artist has been formed by life lessons, both as a painter and observer. His work is influenced by the European masters and painters of the past. Walsh works in both a traditional and abstract style. He uses oils, acrylic, and watercolor to create his landscapes and portraits. He also works in a non-representational style that allows him to have more freedom while painting.

His paintings are in collections at the Doylestown Hospital, Delaware Valley University, and numerous other private and public institutions.
