"To capture forever joy, exuberance, beauty and life's quiet moments amid the chaos is my ultimate goal in painting."
-Janine Dunn Wade
Born in New York City, Janine Dunn Wade received her B.F.A. from Villanova University in 1981, also studying abroad in Paris, Italy, and Mexico. Painting mostly with pastels, and more recently oils, much of her work depicts the bucolic landscape of Bucks County, with her aim being "to allow the viewer that rare moment in the breakneck pace of today's society, to relive and celebrate, to emotionally connect his soul with a moment and place in time." Her work has been exhibited locally, receiving awards from Phillips' Mill and the Coryell Gallery, among others. She currently lives with her family in Doylestown.
