Gary Giordano is an artist, gallerist, and curator living in Lambertville, New Jersey, know as a historic river town
and arts community.
Giordano hosts a bi-monthly Artist Talk featuring many contemporary painters. These talks are recorded to Gallery
Gary Giordano Artist Talks, YouTube. Giordano owned and operated Gallery Gary Giordano from 2016 to 2022, in Bushwick, Brooklyn’s. 56 Bogart Building was the hub of the New York City arts scene. Giordano relocated to New Hope, Pennsylvania in 2021. Giordano has exhibited In New York City, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and New Jersey and is held
in many private collections. Giordano has also created alternative space exhibitions and installations in public
areas.
Born in New Jersey and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Giordano’s early influences were impressionism,
modernism, and abstraction which he first was exposed to at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia. In 2009, after meeting several New York based artist, Giordano moved his studio
practice to Bushwick, Brooklyn from 2012 to 2017. Giordano became emerged in the dialogue of this arts community
of New York which had a strong influence on his current work.
Giordano attended Kutztown University to study fine art and painting but switched majors in his third year to study
business. Giordano received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He opened a studio in
Lambertville, New Jersey in 2012 and maintains a home and studio there until the present day.
He is a mentor and teacher of Autistic Students.
