"Painting is my addiction, which grows more compelling with each completed work. My whole identity comes from being an artist and all aspects of my life revolve around my time in my studio."
Dot Bunn has lived in Bucks County since she was 10 years old and currently operates out of Red Stone Farm Studio in Plumstead Township. Working primarily in oil and acrylic, Bunn creates paintings of representational subject matter, including still lifes, landscapes, and figures. Her favorite theme is the rural scenery of Bucks County.
Bunn received her education in art from the Hicks Art Center at Bucks County Community College and the former Philadelphia College of Textile and Science. Her instructors included Paul F. Keene, among others. Bunn has exhibited her paintings at several locations in the Bucks County and Philadelphia region, and in New York City. She is a member of the Philadelphia/Tri-State Artist Equity.
