"For more than twenty years he has been recording the scenes of a mobile America looking for meaning at the crossroads of kitsch and culture, past and present, and fantasy and reality- and has indeed given us a portrait of a country that refuses to fit, like himself, into neat categories."
-Jeffrey Hoone

David Graham is a native Bucks County photographer, who aims to capture the vitality of America's cultural landscape through his eccentric and often humorous works. In 1973, Graham graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology before obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and a minor in Film from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1976. He later went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Temple University's Tyler School of Art in 1980.

Graham's photography has been exhibited at the Michener Art Museum, Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia, New York University, Florida State University, the Howard Greenburg Gallery in New York, University of Arts, and the Museum of Modern Art.
